Our employees are our most valued resource. We have around 1,500 people working across our sites in Australia and New Zealand, which includes contractors at our manufacturing facilities and distribution centres. We recognise that in order to become the company we aspire to be, we require diversity of thought, backgrounds and various experiences because that is what encourages us all to innovate and grow. We also know the best way to grow our business is to help our employees develop their careers.
